1. Agreement to Terms

By installing, accessing, or using DevToolkit (“the extension”, “the software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and do not use it.

These Terms apply to both the Free and Pro versions of DevToolkit, developed and maintained by eDesign Space (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Licence to Use

Free Version

DevToolkit’s free tier is provided at no cost and grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the extension for personal or commercial purposes on a single Chrome or Edge browser profile.

Pro Version

Upon purchasing DevToolkit Pro, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Pro features on one Chrome browser profile. A Pro licence is tied to one user. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your licence key.

Agency Version

The Agency plan grants licences for up to 10 separate users or browser profiles within a single organisation or team. Each licence key is for one individual user. Agency licences may not be resold or distributed outside the purchasing organisation.

3. Permitted Use

You may use DevToolkit to:

  • Inspect, audit, and analyse websites you own, manage, or have permission to access
  • Capture screenshots, detect fonts, analyse SEO, and use all other built-in tools for personal or commercial work
  • Use Pro tools for client work, agency deliverables, and commercial projects
  • Export data generated by DevToolkit’s tools for use in your own projects and reports

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use DevToolkit to:

  • Access, scrape, or extract data from websites without authorisation or in violation of those websites’ terms of service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the extension’s source code
  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit DevToolkit or its licence keys
  • Use the extension to conduct illegal activity, including unauthorised access to computer systems
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any licence validation or security features
  • Share a single licence key across multiple users beyond the limits of your purchased plan

5. Payment and Pricing

One-Time Purchase

DevToolkit Pro and Agency plans are sold as one-time lifetime licences. You pay once and retain access to all current and future Pro tools indefinitely, with no recurring charges.

Pricing

Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing for new purchases at any time. Your existing purchase is not affected by any future price changes.

Delivery

Your licence key will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 30 minutes. If you do not receive your key, please check your spam folder and contact us at info@edesignspace.com.

Taxes

Prices may or may not include applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST depending on your location. Any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, no questions asked.

To request a refund, email us at info@edesignspace.com within 30 days of your purchase with your order details. Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours via your original payment method.

After 30 days, purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

7. Updates and Future Tools

We actively maintain DevToolkit and release updates regularly. All future Pro tools are included in your Pro or Agency purchase at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to:

  • Add, modify, or remove features at any time
  • Change the tools included in the Free tier
  • Discontinue specific features with reasonable notice

We will not remove tools from your purchased plan tier without offering an alternative of equal or greater value.

8. Availability and Uptime

DevToolkit is a browser extension that runs locally on your device. It does not depend on our servers for core functionality. We do not guarantee 100% availability of any server-dependent features (such as licence validation, if implemented in future).

We are not responsible for any downtime, interruptions, or failures caused by Chrome updates, operating system changes, or third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

DevToolkit, its source code, design, branding, and all associated content are the intellectual property of eDesign Space. All rights reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of DevToolkit without our express written permission.

The DevToolkit name, logo, and brand identity may not be used in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

DevToolkit is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The extension will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Any specific feature will function on every website
  • Results obtained from using the extension will be accurate or complete

Some websites use security policies that may prevent certain tools (such as Responsive Preview) from functioning. This is a browser-level restriction outside our control and does not constitute a defect in the software.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eDesign Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use DevToolkit, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of DevToolkit shall not exceed the amount you paid for your licence.

12. Third-Party Websites and Services

DevToolkit may interact with third-party websites and services as part of its functionality (for example, loading websites in Responsive Preview iframes, or fetching Google Fonts CSS). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party services.

13. Privacy

Your use of DevToolkit is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at [your website URL]/privacy-policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of DevToolkit after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via the Chrome Web Store listing or our website.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which eDesign Space operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
